Express Poll
In our view, the problem of shortage of skilled specialists comprises a set of issues. The reasons are not limited only to the ones within the country boundaries, such as low-quality education, market limitations, undeveloped economy etc., which are so often blamed for “insolvability” of many problems.
However, poor awareness of the executives and HRM departments about opportunities the effective HRM products and services can bring, plays, undoubtedly, a significant role in shaping the market of skilled and motivated personnel.
The opportunities can vary – trust \ distrust towards HRM products, low qualification of the HRM specialists, shortage of professional and required services that the company management can make use of, to name the few.
In order to understand what difficulties organizations encounter in dealing with the HRM issues, to spot the current problems, and to identify what is missing on the market of HRM services, El Group team together with International Business Council initiated the express poll.
We hope that the results of the poll will allow answering questions, such as why “availability of skilled personnel” or their “shortage” is a hot issue on agenda of not only investors, but also any company \ organization executive.
